Kocaeli Trabzonians Association organized an important event for Trabzon students studying at Kocaeli University and Young Red Crescent Volunteers. Within the scope of this event, "Personality Types in Business Life and Competency-Oriented Career Management" A training on the subject was held.
The person who presented the training was Celal Bayraktar, who is experienced in corporate companies as a Human Resources Consultant. Bayraktar shared valuable information with students about how they can be successful in business life after graduation. He also gave important tips on how they can develop the competencies they need to have until graduation and the behavioral characteristics required by their profession.
During the training, students will be taught how to harmonize their own behavioral characteristics with the requirements of their profession, and how they can adapt to the business world after graduation. Detailed information was presented on what to expect, personality types and communication in business life.
Before the training, local Akçaabat Meatballs were served to the students by the Association Management. After the training ended, Mustafa, Vice President of Kocaeli Trabzonians Association and Chairman of the Youth, Sports and Education Commission Bilgi presented a plaque of appreciation to Celal Bayraktar.
